Scheduling an Appointment
To ensure your preferred appointment time is available, it is recommended that you schedule your appointments with as much advance notice as possible.
Our staff is committed to providing outstanding services, so we ask you arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment to make certain your visit is comfortable, relaxing, and never rushed. Spa robes, slippers, and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other patients, allocated treatment times will not be extended for delayed arrivals of more then 10 mins. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical/medical needs/conditions prior to your services. (i.e. Pregnancies, Sensitivities, or Aggressive Medications).
Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation call, text or e-mail 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. If something comes up and you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24 hour advance notice is required. Notices to cancel or reschedule an appointment less then 24 hours are subject to a $50 late notice fee. All no show appointments will be charged a $50 fee. The lash and brow studio services are subject to a $50 no show or late cancellation fee or 50% of the scheduled services. Eyebrow micro-blading services are subject to $150 cancellation fee for the 3 hour service allotment.
We accept patients of all ages. Some services may require parental release before treatment begins. To ensure relaxation, we ask that only those to whom being treated accompany our clients. We love children and guests; however, we want you to relax. We encourage you to make childcare arrangements and enjoy the services without your little ones.
Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, Checks, Credit/Debit Cards and FRENCH MED SPA & CRYOTHÉRAPIE Gift Cards. We accept MasterCard, VISA, AMEX and Discover Card. We accept gratuity in cash form only unfortunately gratuity can not be accepted on credit card. There will be a $35 fee for returned checks. Gift Cards may not be used in the purchase of other gift cards. The Gift Card must be presented at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices may vary per current running promotions. Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice.
FRENCH MED SPA & CRYOTHÉRAPIE stands behind our products and believe in the advanced qualities that benefit our patients. There are no refunds on services or product purchases, if approved by the clinic director, any unused packages may be applied towards another service or package as a credit. This excludes any lash studio or micro-blading service.
Once your treatment is completed, we will leave the room so you may redress. You will be escorted to the front area for check out. If you have any questions or concern you would like to discuss privately be sure to let us know after you have redressed and we will be more then happy to address any questions or concerns at that time in you treatment room.
