Heidi is our Spa Director. Heidi ensures that both our team members + patients have a positive experience at French Med Spa. Heidi works closely with, Dr. Karen French, to integrate her administrative duties + customer care services in a cohesive system. She has been in the beauty industry since 2001 + has always had a passion for skincare and esthetics!
A local St Charles resident, wife + mom of 4, she loves this community + all the people she gets to meet + interact with. Heidi is trained to work with all French Med Spa laser services. Heidi’s favorite treatment at French Med Spa is Exion Radio Frequency Microneedling.
