The Divine membership is $199 per month! That’s cheaper than our single session of a Deluxe Hydrafacial and you get SO many perks!

We will set up a date of your choosing for your first payment to go through. Once that first payment starts you will officially be a Divine member of French Med Spa!

Unfortunately with this membership you get to choose between the two facial services allotted. Stay tuned for more membership programs though! We are working hard every day to bring you exactly what you’re dreaming of.

Our Memberships are locked in at 12 months and we do not allow any freeze’s of pauses. You can always cancel at any time. Please see our terms and conditions for any information on cancellations!

Terms & Conditions:

No freezes, no exchanges, transfers or refunds of any kind.

This includes sharing membership perks, offers and services with anyone else.

Patients may cancel at any time. However, if cancelling, you are required to pay the $100 early cancellation fee. If you are cancelling withing the 3-month minimum, you will be required to pay the 3-month membership fee as well as the $100 early cancellation fee.

All Credits, discounts, and offers will be expired once cancelation is signed and finalized.

12 Month Membership Sign on. Memberships will not automatically renew. All memberships are subject to change after the 12 month’s is complete from sig on date.

All cancellations must be canceled in person, at French Med Spa.

Credits do not roll over into your next 12 months. All 12 credits must be used within 1 year or they expire.

Any credits about to expire cannot be gifted or refunded if unused by the 12-month expiration date.

A Valid Credit Card and email is required upon membership sign up.

The benefits associated with a French Med Spa Divine Membership includes a monthly treatment (“Membership Treatment”), unique offers, promotions and retail product discounts. Monthly Membership Treatments are to be redeemed each month. Membership Treatments that are not used during their respective Membership Month can rollover (“Rollover Treatment”) and be used for 12 months after their respective Monthly Charge Date, if the member is an active member. Members are permitted to redeem one Rollover Treatment per Membership Month, in addition to the current month’s Membership Treatment. (Maximum of 2 membership treatments in the month).

Membership appointments must be cancelled with 24 hours of the scheduled treatment, or the membership credit will be taken in full.

The minimum, non-cancellable, term of a membership is three (3) months. After the minimum term, memberships will be automatically renewed for successive one-month periods until the 12-month contract has been complete. After the 12-month contract is up, each member will need to renew the next 12-month membership in person. New memberships are subject to change per the French Med Spa team.

French Med Spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Divine Membership program upon advance prior written notice to its members and to cancel membership at any time. Upon cancellation of a membership, members will no longer be entitled to use the benefits of the Divine Membership program, including redemption of unredeemed Membership Treatments, Rollover Treatments and offers.

Cancellation:

• 30 Day Cancellation Notice: French Med Spa requires a 30-day notice of monthly membership cancellation. Patient understands that if you do not cancel within 30 day’s you will be charged for the next month’s membership fee along with the $100 cancellation fee.
• By signing this Terms and Conditions form, I understand that I authorize the processing of my membership at French Med Spa. I acknowledge that the above information is accurate and correct. Any misrepresentation with the current information is the sole responsibility of the undersigned. Furthermore, I understand that the cancellation of my membership will be executed as per the terms and time frame outlined in my membership agreement. I understand that returning members are subject to increases in initiation fees and membership dues. I authorize French Med Spa to charge my credit card that is on record with French Med Spa for any outstanding balances that remain on my account upon the successful cancellation of my membership. Failure to pay after 30days will result in termination of the membership with the $100 fee being charged to the card on file. If there is not a card on file, you will be invoiced the amount owed.
