At French Med Spa + Health we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that patients understand and accept this condition.
All treatments, procedures, and or pre-paid packages and or products are non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within 2 years from the date of purchase. Credit from pre-paid treatments, procedures, and or packages may be applied toward other forms of treatments(s) or product(s) only at management’s digression. Credit can only be given to and used by purchase only. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY.
Order Cancellations
- Prescription orders that are submitted online are processed immediately and may not be canceled.
- Orders for retail will be evaluated on an individual basis. Please be aware that French Med Spa + Health reserves the right to deny order cancellation.
