- We recommend avoiding retinoids + major exfoliants 5 to 7 days prior to your appointment.
- Avoid chemical peels and other facials 2 weeks before treatment.
- Please avoid waxing the treatment area 1 week prior.

- Depending on how sensitive your skin is, avoid retinoids for 3 to 7 days after.
- We ask that you avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours (no sweat on the face).
- Avoid at-home scrubs + exfoliators for 3 to 7 days afterward.
- Apply SPF daily (SPF 30+), beginning the next day.
- Avoid other facials and/or chemical peels for 2 weeks.
