- We recommend avoiding retinoids + major exfoliants 5 to 7 days prior to your appointment.
- Avoid chemical peels and other facials 2 weeks before treatment.
- Please avoid waxing the treatment area 1 week prior.

- We ask that you avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours (no sweat on the face).
