Meet Heidi
Heidi is our Spa Director. Heidi ensures that both our team members + patients have a positive experience at French Med Spa. Heidi works closely with, Dr. Karen French, to integrate her administrative duties + customer care services in a cohesive system. She has been in the beauty industry since 2001 + has always had a passion for skincare and esthetics!
A local St Charles resident, wife + mom of 4, she loves this community + all the people she gets to meet + interact with. Heidi is trained to work with all French Med Spa laser services. Heidi’s favorite treatment at French Med Spa is the Platinum Hydrafacial.
Meet Diana
Diana has over 12 years of aesthetics experience + has been working at French Med Spa + Health for over 5 years. She loves that the aesthetics world is ever evolving. She enjoys doing all services on patients. Her favorite treatments for herself are Laser Hair Removal, Clear + Brilliant, Microneedling + the French Platinum Hydrafacial.
When she’s not helping her patients achieve their skin goals, Diana enjoys taking her rescue dog, Nola, on adventures. She loves spending time with family + friends including her 3 nephews + niece who keep her on her toes! Diana loves working with all of her patients + can’t wait to see you at your next treatments!
Meet Kathy
Kathy received her Aesthetics License in early 2011 after being a stay-at-home mom for several years. In 2014, she earned her Oncology Aesthetic Certificate while taking her practical exam at The Living Well in Geneva, IL, becoming one of 20 certified oncology aestheticians in the state at the time. Working at a few salons + medical spas, Kathy has gained valuable experience + honed her skills to be an exceptional aesthetician + laser technician.
Her Favorite treatment is Skin Rejuvenation, the results are amazing + you will not be disappointed! When she is not taking care of clients at French Med Spa + Health, Kathy can be found at the dog park with her 2 rescues, at her children’s sporting events, or at the comedy club with her charming husband.
Meet Denise
Denise is a RN, BSN Aesthetic Nurse Injector + has a background in surgical nursing + has been an RN for 30 years! As an injection expert for 17 years, she is highly experienced in the use of botox + fillers along with many other products for facial rejuvenation. Denise prides herself in a gentle, yet meticulous technique when it comes to her artistry. Denise knows how to bring out the natural beauty in everyone + has worked with thousands over the past 17 years!
With a personal touch + her open line of communication her patients enjoy her calm, friendly demeanor. She loves taking the time to genuinely get to know her patients + determine what products + services will produce the highest quality of results. We are thrilled to have Denise as a part of the French Med Spa + Health team + she can’t wait to meet you!
